If you have questions about your specific health insurance plan or our billing policy, please contact our billing office at (212) 473-4295. In addition, please notify the front desk of any changes in your insurance coverage as soon as possible or you may be responsible for payments.
Often your visit will only require the designated co-payment amount at the time of service. However, for indemnity plans, we request payment in full at the time of your visit. You will be given a copy of your bill to submit to your insurance company for your reimbursement. Managed care contracts can be complicated, especially when they involve referrals to specialists.
