To my dear patients and families at West 11th Street Pediatrics,

It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I am writing to let you know that I am moving to California due to my husband’s job relocation.

I have had three of the most wonderful years with all of you at West 11th Street Pediatrics, more than I can express in words. I have truly enjoyed meeting your beautiful children and watching them grow over the last three years. It made the reasons I chose to pursue pediatrics meaningful and worthwhile. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet such wonderful families. Thank you for allowing me to share in your family’s memories and experiences with your children.

I leave knowing that you will all be very well cared for by the incredible, caring and compassionate team of doctors, nurses and staff at West 11th Street Pediatrics. I will miss each and everyone of you.
